Job Description


  • Complete HR related tickets in ServiceNow according to work instructions and SLA.

  • Process and verify employee data in HR systems.

  • Prepare and manage contracts, letters, and documents according to established processes.

  • Respond to second-line inquiries via the ticketing system and occasionally by phone.

  • Archive documents in compliance with regulations.

  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.

  • Support testing of new systems or system changes.

  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and onboarding of new colleagues.
