Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Ensure timeous and accurate completion of new starter administration.

  1. Check for accuracy of data on the “Authorisation to Employ” document and correct if not.
  2. Confirm that previous incumbent has left/resigned and that payroll has been notified.
  3. Obtain relevant signature of approval on the “Authorisation to Employ”.
  4. Request supporting documents and policies from Branch HR administrator.
  5. Complete relevant checks on prospective employees.
  6. Produce letters of appointment and contracts according to company standards.
  7. Employment contracts administration.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Qualification with minimum 3 years experience in Law Firm.
  • 2 years within HR Administration.
  • Experience within a law firm is essential.

Package & Remuneration

R30K - R40K Monthly
