- Support recruitment process via Cornerstone, our recruitment system
- Close dialog with line managers within recruitment process
- Participate in onboarding processes
- Support on matters related to employee lifecycle processes, generalities of employment contracts, common HR policies, and personnel handbooks, regulations, etc.
- Actively communicate, inform and collaborate with HR colleagues and employees
- Other administrative tasks related to HR
