Job Description

What you'll do:
We are looking for candidates for experienced HR Advisor who have solid HR generalist experience - mainly in recruitment, employee relations (sickness management, performance management) along with coaching and supporting line managers. The HR Advisor will also be involved in developing policies and procedures, as employee engagement, wellbeing, and organizational change. 
Key tasks:

Recruitment and Onboarding: manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent and oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
Employee Relations: provide coaching and support to line managers and employees on HR-related situations, ensuring questions/queries are addressed promptly and effectively.
