About the Role This position aims to support the HRBPs team in the implementation of Engagement/Talent initiatives across Corporate/Group IT while defining, executing, and continuously improving administrative HR processes. 
Structure and standardize common HR administrative processes across teams, such as FTE reporting, HR KPIs, organizational charts, and data maintenance through HR systems. 
Assess and implement optimal and efficient ways of working to reduce workload, improve accuracy, and enhance data availability. 
Support the implementation of Engagement/Talent initiatives across Group IT, in alignment with the HRBPs team.
