Our team is seeking a curious, data-driven HR Analyst passionate about process optimization and excited by the potential of AI and automation to transform how HR operates. In this role, you will not only partner with stakeholders and HRBPs to support a variety of existing HR activities, but you will also have a key role in driving changes that will increase the team’s efficiency and productivity such as bringing new ideas, experimenting with tools, and helping the team become more data-driven and AI-fluent.
What you’ll be doing
Leverage data to analyze workforce trends, uncover insights, and inform HR and business strategies
Design, build, and continuously improve dynamic dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to deliver real-time visibility into key metrics such as turnover, headcount, engagement, and diversity
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and themes for HR Business Partners and stakeholders
