Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments with operational, administrative, and support teams.
  • Create, track, and ensure execution of the annual training plan for all plants.
  • Develop and deliver technical training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer‑specific training requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, maintaining full traceability of training records.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new employees (Training + Welcome Kit).
  • Organize training sessions, classrooms, schedules, and required resources.
  • Manage quotations with Purchasing and MHS, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and budget control for all training initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor T&D performance indicators.
