Job description The HR Data Analyst is responsible for the data management, reporting, visualization and analysis of our workforce. This individual will support our human resources team in the development of data driven insights across all functional areas of human resources (e.G., talent acquisition, performance, development, retention, engagement, rewards, etc). The HR Data Analyst must have experience working with large amounts of data and have the ability to collaborate across teams to provide people and organizational insights through HR business intelligence. Responsibilities: Collaborate with human resources team members and business partners to understand and identify business needs, make recommendations, and deliver data.
