- Assist in managing employee records and personal files.
- Support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee information.
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in HR or accounting roles
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational abilities and discretion
