Bridges the gap between office management and field operations. This role is unique because it combines standard HR tasks (recruitment and payroll) with industry-specific administrative duties, such as coordinating with installation technicians and managing solar project documentation.



HR & Recruitment

Post job ads for solar installers/technicians, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.



Payroll & Records

Track field crew attendance and leave; assist in payroll preparation and salary administration.



Onboarding

Coordinate orientation for new technicians, including safety policy reviews and equipment issuance.



Reports/Database

Maintain and update computer records
