Job Description

Human Resource Responsibilities
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and offboarding.
  • Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and maintain employee records.
  • Process monthly payroll, overtime, leave records, and attendance.
  • Administer employee benefits, insurance, work passes, and medical claims.
  • Coordinate training arrangements and maintain training records.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore MOM regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and external vendors when required.
Administrative Responsibilities
  • Manage office administration and general office maintenance.
