Job Description
Overview: In this role you will assist in the full spectrum of HR functions such as end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, policy review, performance management, budgeting and forecast. You will work closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to the organisation. You will be the expert in executing people-related solutions to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance to labour laws and government regulations. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable in challenging conventional ways of doing things and in some cases, reinvent how work is done.
