Job Description

Working Location: Sheung Wan Job Duties
  • Reporting to (1) Assistant to Chairman and (2) Executive Director
  • Handle the HR matters independently, administrate the IPL Payroll system, review the monthly payroll prepared by the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director.
  • Prepare memos/emails to staff, prepare policies if necessary.
  • Admin works including office manager work, arranging community services,
  • General Administrative works
Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 5 years or above relative working experience
  • Self motivated, well-organized, attention details and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
