Role Purpose
The HR Apprentice will support the Human Resources team in delivering efficient and effective HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative processes while developing foundational HR knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities
HR AdministrationMaintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel filesSupport the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR documentationEnsure accuracy and confidentiality of employee dataAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionSupport job postings and advertisement on relevant platformsScreen CVs and schedule interviewsCoordinate communication with local partners
