  • Assist in Payroll Management
  • Assist in Compliance Management
  • Assist in Payroll Audit and Pan India Payroll Compliance.
  • Assist in HR Audit.


Operations

Record Management

  • Maintain New employee files.
  • Prepare and record Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters, Probation Review, Confirmation Letters, any other letter related to the employee.



Attendance Management

  • Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of leave and work attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy.
  • End to end responsible for managing Payroll inputs (Attendance, Leaves, Variable inputs) and managing queries of employees on leave and attendance.
  • Identity cum Access Card management.
