Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant with experience in Compensation &

Benefits and Training to support our HR operations. The role involves assisting in employee

rewards programs, benefits administration, and supporting training and development initiatives,

while ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration, including government mandated

benefits, processing allowances, leave credits, and other employee benefits

• Support recruitment and onboarding activities

• Help organize and coordinate training programs and development initiatives

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Monitor attendance and assist in payroll-related tasks

• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and HR processes
