Job Description

What Will You Do?

  • Document Management: Support in organizing, filing, and digitizing employee records
  • Onboarding: Assist in preparing for the arrival of new team members (collecting data, preparing welcome kits, and initial documentation)
  • Data Updates: Support in maintaining our employee database to ensure all information is up to date
  • Administrative Follow-up: Assist in managing signatures for contracts, certificates, and other employment documents
  • General Support Tasks: Occasional collaboration on office tasks and logistical support for the HR team

Requirements

  • University Student: Ability to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with your study center (Business Administration, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar)
  • Organized Profile: Ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail
