Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and adapt company’s policy and ensure consistency/compliance to local legislation
  • Ensure prompt statutory submission and claim for reimbursement and payments and annual tax filing for Singapore
  • Assist HR Executive with interview arrangements
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR System and handle HR monthly reporting
  • Handle off onboarding and off boarding process
  • Manage employment passes application and renewal processes
  • Handle all administration matters for employees medical and insurance renewal
  • Attend to employees’ queries, maintain and update on HR-related matters
  • Handle employee documents such as HR-related letters
  • Collate and analyse data to support central reporting capabilities
  • Onboarding of new KL staff
  • Staff welfare considerations
  • Weekly sharing session prep (ordering lunch, meeting room booking, etc)
