Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle daily HR administrative operations

  • Assist in work pass applications, renewals, cancellations and MOM-related submissions (WP / SP / EP / LOC)

  • Support CPF submissions, payroll data entry and salary processing

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records

  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR documents

  • Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database

  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Liaise with government authorities (MOM, CPF Board, etc.) when required

  • Support staff training coordination and internal HR communication

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
