Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive HR Officer for a M&E company in the construction industry to support the Assistant HR Manager in managing end-to-end HR, payroll, and administrative functions. This role ensures smooth recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, compliance management, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities to attract and select qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with company needs
  • Manage onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively and support their transition
  • Process payroll accurately and timely to ensure employee compensation compliance
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies to mitigate risks
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements
  • Support administrative HR functions to maintain organized and efficient HR operations
