Job Responsibilities



  • Strategic HR Partnership

    Partner Operations leaders to align people strategies with business and operational objectives.
    Provide advisory support on workforce planning, organization design, succession planning and talent deployment.
    Support leadership teams through business changes, operating model adjustments and transformation initiatives.
    Act as a trusted sounding board to senior Operations stakeholders on people and organizational matters.

    Business & Operations Enablement

    Develop a working understanding of the Operations landscape, including securities business operations, derivatives business operations, index operations, customer relations services and account management services.
    Translate operational requirements, regulatory considerations and risk sensitivities into practical HR solutions.
