Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes. Each day, you will provide HR support for a defined team or location by partnering with managers. You will also represent HR in the business and establish strong relationships with all business leaders and employees. The work model is onsite. This role contributes to the Electrification team and stakeholders.

• Ensure an effective overall HR contribution and value‑add to the business in partnership with the functions and Shared Services.
• Support the business and execute HR processes across the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, delivering the best approach in the area of responsibility.
