The Role

We are now looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Australia HR team at RWE, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and helping to translate organisational strategy into people-focused initiatives. 
The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset, understand business needs and leverage people insights to support leaders through growth, transformation and change.
