HR Business Partner / HR Manager Salary: £40,000k - £45,000k negotiable 
Full time permanent - site based 
Location: Newcastle / Longbenton 
Standalone role supporting the SLT and manufacturing teams. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi‑site manufacturing organisation in a standalone site HRBP / HR manager generalist appointment. You will be part of the SLT team and be providing day‑to‑day HR generalist support to operational staffing, managers + directors covering the manufacturing site. 
Key Areas Developing the HR people agenda 
Disciplinaries, grievance - investigations 
Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices 
Managing staff wellness initiatives 
Fast‑paced and evolving environment 
CIPD level 5
