As the HR Business Partner, you will report to the Regional HR Manager while supporting client groups with people management strategies. Your responsibilities will include coaching leaders, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and analyzing HR data. You will play a crucial role in improving performance management, employee relations, and collective bargaining processes.
