Job Overview: The HR Business Partner maintains strong business and HR acumen, demonstrates strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self‑initiative to develop integrated solutions for the client group. Serves as a consultant to management on human resources‑related issues. Acts as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value‑added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
