Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategies including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
- Manage and strengthen HR policies, procedures, and compliance with DOLE and labor laws
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of solid HR experience, with a strong background in Talent Acquisition
- Experience in BPO, recruitment, or fast-paced environments is an advantage
