As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you are the first HR contact person for managers and employees at the plant and provide proactive advice and support on all HR-related topics, in line with the Group-wide HR strategy.

  • Assumption of all tasks related to operational HR support, such as preparing contracts or certificates

  • Supporting and implementation of HR measures, taking into account legal, contractual, collective agreement, and personnel-related framework conditions

  • Support in workforce and succession planning within the respective area of responsibility, as well as management of individual compensation determination based on job evaluation

  • Collaborating within the team to optimize and harmonize HR processes

  • Participating in local as well as strategic HR projects
