Job Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to the business, with a strong focus on talent acquisition for robotics-related roles. This position is responsible for driving recruitment excellence, providing HR advisory to management, and ensuring alignment with BorgWarner HR strategy and business growth needs in humanoid robotics and intelligent systems domains.
