A **Human Resources Clerk** provides administrative support to the HR department, helping ensure the smooth operation of HR functions and processes.
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Employee Records Management**
- Maintain and update personnel files (both digital and physical).
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
- Track attendance, leaves, and time-off requests.

Recruitment Support**
- Assist with posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
**3.
Onboarding and Offboarding**
- Prepare onboarding documentation and orientation materials.
- Assist in new hire processing (e.g., forms, background checks, ID cards).
- Coordinate exit paperwork and final checklists for departing employees.
