Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the agricultural or FMCG industry.
  • Solid knowledge and hands‑on experience with GlobalGAP, SIZA, BRC, and LAEF standards. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A go‑getter with strong problem‑solving capabilities and the confidence to take initiative.
