The role focuses on accurate payroll execution, mandated contributions, and timely reporting to relevant government bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Payroll Compliance Management
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with statutory wage laws, tax regulations, and compensation policies
- Validate payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, leaves, deductions)
- Ensure proper computation of:
- Withholding taxes (BIR)
- Overtime, holiday pay, and night differentials
