Job Description
For our client, a high-impact non-profit organisation, we are looking for an HR Consultant for a short-term assignment, from 1st to 17th July (minimum 2 weeks).
HR Consultant - temporary - available immediately
Our client is an association based in the canton of Vaud.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support HR and operational teams
- Assist executives and managers with all HR questions and requests
- Ensure the operational management of the HR department
- Provide support and advice to the executive committee
- Guarantee continuity and stability of HR activities
- Immediate intervention for a mission of at least 2 weeks
Candidate profile
- Available immediately
- Proven experience in an HR Manager position within the non-profit sector
- Ability to act quickly and independently
