Lead HR controls governance as an accomplished Governance Consultant. Focus on risk management and process improvement in a hybrid role with required onsite attendance 1-3 days a week.In this position, you'll manage governance and controls activities within Human Resources. Your expertise will aid in developing and maintaining process documentation while ensuring compliance with audit standards.
