ob Title: HR/AP Coordinator (Temporary - Indefinite Duration) Location: Philadelphia PA Schedule: Onsite Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR/AP Coordinator for an indefinite temporary opportunity. This role is heavily focused on HR support, with additional responsibilities in Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to handle confidential information with discretion, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Organize, scan, and maintain approximately 1.5 years of HR documentation, ensuring accurate filing and accessibility Maintain and update digital and physical HR records Scan, rename, and file AP documents (invoices, checks, etc.) into appropriate folders Organize paper invoices for payment processing Prepare AP checks for mailing Provide general administrative and filing support Qualifications: Prior experience in HR support, administrative, or AP roles preferred Strong attention to detail and organization...
