Job Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support HR operations across both the United States and the Philippines. This role will focus on onboarding, recruitment coordination, HR administration, and employee lifecycle support. While U.S. HR experience is not required, the Coordinator will work closely with both U.S. and PH teams, so adaptability and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding processes for U.S. and Philippines employees, including E-Verify processing (U.S.), background checks, and scheduling orientation
- Provide recruitment coordination support for U.S. and PH hiring efforts (interview scheduling, candidate communication, etc.)
