Job Description

  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time

  • Organize and facilitate new hire orientation, including scheduling, preparing materials, and leading orientation sessions

  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and onboarding documentation

  • Assist with payroll preparation by gathering and organizing payroll notes and employee updates for each pay cycle

  • Support benefits administration, including researching and helping resolve employee benefit inquiries or issues
