Job Description

Key Accountabilities
  • Support to arrange and administer yearly performance evaluation
  • Support and follow through company’s HR Policies
  • Accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly end to end OT, medical and petty cash claims for payroll preparations to Head of Department
  • Support to register staff training & development programs
  • Prepare appointment letter for new staff, confirmation, promotions, disciplinary warnings etc. exit interviews and clearance for resigned staff
  • Oversee the timeliness of Work Permits applications, renewals, terminations and monitor foreign worker quota. Handle appeals to MOM and other government agencies when required
  • Provide administrative support to the Accounts Department
  • Any other administrative work as deemed necessary by the Management

  • GCE A / O level
