Job Description

Responsibility
  • Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support for both local and foreign employee,attendance and leave management, etc
  • Responsible for monthly processing and submission of payroll.
  • Handle work pass applications, renewal and cancellation, including arrange for repatriation of workers
  • Maintaining of personnel records and ensure recordings are up-to-date
  • Liaise with government authority, i.e. MOM, IRAS, BCA, etc
  • Any ad-hoc and admin duties as assigned
Requirement

Diploma in Human Resource or its equivalent.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Meticulous and organized especially with data.
  • Able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations.
  • Knowledge of Infotech and ABSS software.
  • Able to start immediately will be an advantage.
