Overview
Our client is seeking a Shared Services Advisor to support employee inquiries and shared services operations in a high-volume environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR-related matters including disability cases, case management, and system updates. This is a non-technical role focused on employee support, with training provided on internal systems including Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities


+ Provide guidance and support across shared services functions to resolve employee inquiries
