• Analyze HR data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities   
• Build dashboards and reports to visualize workforce insights   
• Partner with HR leadership to support strategic decision-making   
• Maintain and monitor HR data quality and integrity across systems   
• Support HR data governance initiatives and reporting standards   
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for workforce planning and organizational changes   
• Present insights and recommendations to leadership   
• Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams on system integrations and data alignment   
• Train stakeholders on reporting tools, metrics, and data interpretation   
• Assist with automation and development of advanced analytics capabilities
