Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support employee job changes and data entry, including document generation, data changes, benefits migration, and handling joiners, movers, and leavers.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and completion within People Systems (Workday).
- Ensure timely data migration to payroll systems to avoid employee impacts.
- Collaborate with Payroll to learn and integrate the new system.
- Secure necessary approvals and authorizations based on SOPs.
- Perform data validation as needed, especially during the APR cycle.
- Manage data, reporting, and probation administration.
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in employee records and transactions.
