HR Data Engineering & Analytics Manager About the Role
We are looking for a hybrid HR Data Engineering & Analytics Manager to lead the technical evolution of our People data. For the first 12 months, your mission will be largely foundational: you will act as the primary architect and engineer, designing and building our first HR Data Warehouse.
Thereafter, you will transition from a heavy data engineering focus—solving complex integrations and building scalable pipelines—into a strategic analytics partner. You will help our HR teams leverage this robust foundation to make informed, data-driven decisions regarding our diverse workforce.
The Roadmap- Phase 1: Months 1–12: Focus on data architecture, pipeline development, and creating a single source of truth.
- Phase 2: Months 12+: Transition toward advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and deep‑dive workforce insights.
