Main Purpose of the Job


We are looking for a Shared Services Team Leader, and responsibilities will include handling operations across the full employee lifecycle. Manage daily deliverables, drive team engagement, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data accuracy and employee experience.


Responsibilities and Duties


  • Service Delivery & Quality: Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle data management, ensuring all daily requests and cases are processed with high efficiency and accuracy.
