Subordinates: HRBP Recruitment Training Compensation & Performance Employee Relations and other functional leads

Job Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

  • Develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with company objectives driving organizational development talent pipeline building and corporate culture implementation.
  • Participate in executive decision-making providing HR insights to support business goals.

Organization & Talent Development

  • Optimize organizational structure to enhance efficiency; lead talent review succession planning and key talent development initiatives.
