Job Summary

The HR Executive – Total Rewards & Compensation will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. This role will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to ensure competitive, compliant, and equitable total rewards practices.

Location: Paragon City, Barki Road

Key Responsibilities

  • Support compensation planning, salary structures, and annual review processes
  • Assist in market benchmarking using salary surveys and compensation data
  • Support job evaluations and role leveling activities
  • Help implement and maintain compensation and benefits policies
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee queries related to rewards
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and analysis related to compensation data
