Role Summary The HR Executive will lead recruitment and talent-management activities for NASCO SAE's Alexandria office. This role is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent, fostering positive employee relations, managing performance evaluation systems, coordinating training and development initiatives and ensuring that the company remains compliant with Egyptian labour laws and internal policies. The HR Executive partners with department heads to support a motivated workforce and cultivate a supportive work culture.
