HR Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive with strong exposure to end-to-end HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, attendance, employee relations and PRO coordination. The ideal candidate must have 3 years of proven HR experience in the UAE retail industry and a solid understanding of local labour laws and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing and onboarding for retail and head office roles.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct HR inductions and ensure smooth integration of new hires.

HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Manage attendance tracking, leave records and disciplinary documentation.
