Key Responsibilities Human Resource Management: Manage recruitment and onboarding processes end-to-end. Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination. Ensure compliance with HR policies and company procedures. Coordinate employee engagement and grievance redressal. Assist in performance evaluations and incentive calculations.
