HR Executive (Code: IN113)
VisaPro HR Executive will:
Manage recruitment and staffing process including preparing job postings, posting open positions internally and externally, and scheduling interviews Conduct new employee orientation and other training programs as needed Assist in the employee activities and functions to ensure a motivated and enthusiastic staff Keep the India and US Team informed about the progress, changes or any developments in delegated task/project Provide assistance in general administration The ideal candidate should:
Possess at least 2-4 years of work experience Have customer service approach and patience with employees Be able to effectively communicate with others (written and oral) Have good follow-up skills Have pleasant phone voice Be proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
